Sports and Entertainment Marketing is a semester course that applies the basic marketing concepts to various entertainment and sports organizations locally, regionally and nationally. This class offers a hands-on approach for students thru applications and projects using previously learned marketing concepts, terms and ideas. Some of the topics covered include high school, college and pro sports, sports management, legal and ethical issues, public relations, promotion and product marketing.
This course requires students to have previously taken Marketing, Sales and Advertising or General Business or have instructor approval.
